I’m a journalist based in Brooklyn.
Currently, I’m looking for opportunities in journalism, communications, or anything interesting in mission-oriented work. please get in touch if you’d like to get connected.

I’ve independently edited entire global websites viewed by millions of visitors, as well as managed live blogs, mobile applications, newsletters, push notifications, social media, live video streams, and online communities, garnering engagement from across the US and around the world.
Most recently, I was part of a Middle East-based newspaper’s Washington bureau and its global platforms team—covering the most pivotal stories in the world since 2020 and updating its multiple editions.
Prior to my time at The National, I managed Quartz’s global economy news website, app, and online community; coordinated a wide range of digital production tasks and breaking news through 4.5 hours of live television for TEGNA’s Daily Blast Live that aired in 30+ US markets and on streaming platforms; and worked as a news producer for USA Today’s College vertical.
I’ve been published in CNN, Voice of America, Courier Newsroom, The Atlantic, The Daily Dot, and elsewhere. And I’ve consulted small businesses, non-governmental organizations, and individual clients on communications strategy, content distribution, and social media.
My journalism has been featured in articles at the New York Times, NBC News, BuzzFeed News, the Huffington Post, Gothamist, and other publications.
As a deaf individual with a cochlear implant, I’ve spoken about accessibility in media and physical spaces. In 2020, my brother and I launched the online resource, AccessibleMasks.org, to meet inclusion needs through the pandemic.
I graduated from Pace University New York with a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication arts, with additional business and political science courses. I worked as a resident advisor for the freshman community for three years—including as emergency response through Hurricane Sandy on campus.
Additionally, I studied international human rights law through an online course supplied by Universite de Louvain.
I’m a New Englander currently residing in Brooklyn after time in Boston, Denver, Montréal, and Washington DC. I best unplug with reality television, movies (yes, Hallmark too), and documentaries, and logging them on Letterboxd. I’m also a behind a Guinness World Record.
